The state of the car: The customer declares he has checked the car thoroughly and constated its perfect operating state as well as that of the leads of the meter.

Tires: the customer states to have noted that the five tires which equip the car are in a good condition, without tears, its wear is normal. In event of deterioration of one of them for a cause other than the fair wear and tear, the customer commits himself immediately replacing it by one of the same tire dimension and same mark of those which equip the rented vehicle, the complementary insurance does not cover to in no case the deterioration of the tires.

Mechanics: normal mechanical wear is with in charge of “Anikom Tour”. All repairs coming either from an abnormal wear or of negligence on behalf of the customer, or of an accidental cause will be the responsibility of the customer. In case the vehicle would be immobilizes apart from Morocco, repairs which they are due to the fair wear and tear or with an accidental cause will be carried out after a telegraphic or telephonic agreement with “Anikom Tour” by the regional money of the mark and will have to be the subject of a discharged and detailed invoice mentioning the integral amount of repair.
In no circumstances, the customer will be able to claim with “Anikon Tour” damage and interest either for delay of the handing over the car or cancellation of the renting, or in the case of necessary repairs and carried out during repair.
The responsibility of “Anikom Tour” will never be called upon even in the event of accidents of anybody or thing having been able to result from vice, former repair or constructional defect.
The customer commits himself never making for no reason remove or violate the lead of meter under penalty of paying the renting on the basis of 500 Kms per day of renting.

Insurance and accident: the customer noted that it was guaranteed according to the general conditions of the insurance policies contracted by Anikom and it states well to know:
The police force guarantees:
A/ Accidents caused with the thirds without limitation of sums.
B/ The insurance of the vehicle against the theft, the fire and civil responsibility are not included in this guarantee, the accessories, clothing and al the objects inside the car or of the trunk for which the customer remains his own insurer.

The damage with the car, given that the customer will remain his own insurer of the first 1700 DH for a car groups 1- 6 as indicated in the tariff of the renting of “ Anikom” and 2500 for a car of the group 7 as indicated in tariff “Anikom”. The customer will have to declare with “Anikom Tour” in shortest untied, any theft, fire, even partial of which it could be victims.
Its declaration will have to mention the exact circumstances, in particular the place of the accident, the date, the hour, the witness (with in support) of report of the (gendarmerie or usher, policemen) in a word any information useful concerning the accident.
The customer will have to in no case to discuss the responsibility for the accident, neither to treat nor to compromise with the cars in a word any information useful concerning the accident.

The insurance of people transported:
The customer will be able to release from his share in the expenses with the help of a complement of insurance of cars of Groups 1 to 6: 20 DH per day (as undicated on the official tariffs of “Anikom Tour” Cars of group 7: 25 DH per day (as undicated on the official tariffs of “Anikom Tour”.
In the event of accident these complements of insurance include neither (repartriement) of the car nor the expenses of immobilization (50 per maximum day 30 days). However, and to in no case, the damage which the customer could cause with the machine ports located under the car (sump, cross-pieces, bars and steering arm, tailpipes etc…) are not covered by the insurances and the customers is obliged to pay the known as damage and its consequences.

In addition, the customer will be able to ensure himself as well as the people transported who accompany as transported people, with the help of an allowance day labourer indicated on the official tariff of “T turn” for the current year.
In any case the number of people transported in the car will not have to exceed that indicated on the insurance policy of the vehicule under penalty of seeing the only committed responsibility for the customer.

Hiring Guarantee Prolongation: The customer will pay in advance; the guarantie deposited by him could not in case be used for a prolongation without prior agreement of “Anikom Tour”.
The day of the renting corresponds to 2 hours, as from the assumption of responsibility of the car, any day started is due.
In order to avoid any dispute, and if the customer would like to preserve the car for a lapse of time higher than that indicated on this contract. The customer must have obtained the agreement on “Anikom Tour” it will have in other to forward to the latter the amount of the additional renting forty eight hours before the end of the renting in process.
Failing his “Anikom Tour” will be able to obtain to the restitution of the vehicle by simple ordinance of Mr President of the court of 1st authority of reduction the proceeding, in particular penal which they would be founded to institute for breach of trust.

Paper of the car:
The customer will have to give dice the end if the hiring and with the re-entry of the car, th automobile license and all other papers necessary to circulation, or else, these parts being essential with “Anikom Tour”.
The hiring will continue to be invoiced with the customer at the initial price until the resumption of papers by “Anikom Tour”.

Driving licence: 
 The customer commits himself letting lead by other people only itself those approves by “Anikom Tour”.

Offences and infringements:
The customer also commits himself immediately warning “Anikom Tour” of all infringements, amends and official reports established against him, the driver approved by  “Anikom Tour” or the vehicle and to discharge completely and with the first complaint, the amount of the fine, and the expenses throughout hiring, the customer will be civilly responsible for all the offences or infringements raised in his opposition.

Competence:

Unspecified convention expresses in the event of dispute the courts of reduction will be alone.
